Data Deletion Request

1. Overview

PathwAI Labs LLC (“PathwAI”) respects your right to request deletion of personal information we hold. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect after you contact us.

2. What You Can Request

You may request deletion of information PathwAI holds about you in connection with our website, platform, or integrations you have authorized (for example, ad account connections or other third-party services linked to your organization). If you are an end user whose data is processed through PathwAI on behalf of one of our customers, please contact that customer first—they are typically responsible for your data. We can help route your request when needed.

3. How To Submit A Request

To request deletion, email us at privacy@pathwai.care with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include as much of the following as you can so we can locate your records:

• Your full name and the email address associated with your PathwAI account or inquiry
• Your organization name, if applicable
• A description of the data you want deleted
• Any relevant account, integration, or reference identifiers

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

4. What Happens After You Contact Us

We acknowledge receipt of your request and review it manually. We will confirm whether we hold data matching your request, explain any information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law, and delete eligible records when we can do so. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will keep you updated if additional time is needed.
